Scarlet Threads
A Weiss Kreuz /Ronin Warriors Alternate Universe
Scarlet Threads began as a roleplaying idea, developed into a story, and then became a universe unto itself. Scarlet Threads is the first story of Aya and Cye, followed by New Ties, which brings both series together. As side stories, we have created some Past-Life Stories, investigating the different lives Aya and Cye might have lived before they found each other in this one. Please give them all a chance!
All stories are co-written by me, Wiggle, and Jada. I write for Aya and the Weiss boys, and she writes for Cye and the Ronins. Please send feedback to Jada as well!
Scarlet Threads
A stray thread draws together two unlikely lovers, leading them into another world, and opening their hearts in ways they couldn't have dreamed.
Chapter 1 -- Two boys meet by chance in a bar, brought together by a stray red thread. (R)
Chapter 2 -- The strange new world has both boys disconcerted, but some things start to look familiar. (PG)
Chapter 3 -- Things get weirder, and when Aya can't cope, things start to heat up. With fanart by Madam Blue! (PG-13)
Chapter 4 -- Awkwardness between the boys leads Cye to show Aya some magic he can't run away from. (G)
Chapter 5 -- Roses are more than just flowers, and cultivating them is more than simple gardening. With gift art by gin! (R)
Chapter 6 -- The attic is investigated, and Cye teaches Aya a valuable lesson. (R)
Chapter 7 -- A bath and a discovery uncover a few new facets to both the boys. (PG)
Chapter 8 -- Time starts to lose its meaning, and Aya makes an important revelation. (R)
Chapter 9 -- Things finally click into place, and Aya asks Cye to be his first lover. Lemon! (NC-17)
Chapter 10 -- A troubling dream disturbs Cye and forces Aya to consider what he feels. (NC-17)
Chapter 11 -- Fighting with Aya brings Cye to a sad decision. (PG-13)
Chapter 12 -- Will Cye be able to contact the other Ronins and leave the strange house? (NC-17)
Chapter 13 -- Cye learns the truth about Aya, and Aya explodes in a rage.(PG-13)
Chapter 14 -- The aftermath of that difficult scene, as Aya discovers some odd new feelings. (NC-17)
Chapter 15 -- Thoughts of staying, thoughts of forever, thoughts of happiness fill the boys' hearts. (NC-17)
Chapter 16 -- Diving in the ocean together, Cye and Aya form a new bond. But suddenly, everything changes and the world is turned upside-down. (R)
Chapter 17 -- Aya wakes without Cye and does poorly at adjusting to life without him. (PG)
Chapter 18 -- Cye doesn't believe that Aya was real, until Mia gives him a taste of his own medicine (PG)
Chapter 19 -- Cye's search for Aya ends in a joyful reunion. (NC-17)
Epilogue - The Weiss boys get quite a surprise, and loose ends are tied up.
New Ties
The sequel to Scarlet Threads, New Ties takes place after the end of the Weiss Kreuz series. Four very battered assassins escape to the only place they can be safe in the frightening days after the world thinks them dead. Also co-authored with Jada!
Chapter 1 - Aya takes his team to the house where the Ronins live, over a teammate's objections. (PG-13/Language)
Chapter 2 - The Ronins get the Weiss boys settled, and Aya has some private fears to share with Cye. (R/Oral sex)
Chapter 3 - Breakfast the next morning erupts into total chaos -- and then Aya gets shocking news. (G)
Chapter 4 - With the initial storm out of the way, the boys begin to bond... or not. (PG)
Chapter 5 - Yohji and Aya have to cool off, while Omi warms up to Kento. (PG)
Past-Life Stories
We believe that Aya and Cye are lost souls that have been searching for each other for a long time. These are some of their past tales.
The Red Cross Knight and The Sea Knight - The tales that started it all: a Knight of the Cross reaches the end of his path, and is discovered too late by a knight of a different sort entirely. These are their tales, the lives where our characters' souls first intersected. (PG/Violence)
